At the Secretariat of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, in the IC - Information and Communication Technology department, the following position is available at the Bonn location as soon as possible:
Project and Knowledge Management Officer (m/f/d)
Full-time or part-time
Pay grade 13 TV-L
Reference number 28/23

To be filled with 100% of the weekly working hours (currently 39.4 hours) until December 31, 2023, with the possibility of extension.


The KMK Secretariat serves as a forum for exchange and organization for the federal states and has a unique and diverse range of tasks, which is also reflected in its technical infrastructure.

The central IT team is responsible for planning, installing, and operating this infrastructure, as well as connecting the three locations in Berlin and Bonn.

Therefore, occasional business trips are expected.


Your responsibilities:


Project management (budget, deadlines, quality assurance) in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers, development of requirements and technical documentation, acceptance and commissioning of database-based applications (CMS, Wiki, etc.)


Establishment and development of an internal IT-supported knowledge management system (requirements analysis, process modeling, evaluation, implementation, and documentation)


Your qualifications:
Successfully completed university degree (diploma or master's) in (business) informatics or a comparable field with an IT focus, or equivalent skills and knowledge acquired through years of professional experience
