- Completes expense reports on a bi-weekly basis
- Assists with organization of the annual WAM (Women Asset Managers) event throughout the year along with execution of all logistics and administrative support before and during the event
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and create underwriting models to assist acquisition pursuits on behalf of 3rd party management clients and potential owned investments
- Manages various tasks provided by the client services team including gathering and analyzing financial data pertaining to assets currently being marketed for sale
- Conducts detailed underwriting of potential 3rd party management assignments as well as direct investments and developing to include interpreting market trends, forecasts, and financial results, along with interfacing with management clients to improve customer satisfaction
- Supports client services team with administrative tasks in preparation for meeting with prospective purchasers of potential assets to enhance interest in Greystar's potential management services and continue to foster the development of those clients
- Supports client services team with administrative tasks in preparation for meeting with developers so facilitate the creation of development underwriting by analyzing market comp data, potential development pipeline information, and analysis of competing assets' expenses, amenity analysis, and feasibility studies
- Works with Client Services, operations, marketing, and operations analysts to facilitate responses to Requests for Proposals for potential management assignments
- Performs market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing rollups for audits.

The Client Services Associate supports the Managing Director of Client Services for the Central North US. This dual role is an administrative position (complete expense reports, help with the organization of the annual WAM (Women Asset Managers) event) as well as serve as an "analyst in training" capacity throughout the year. This is the perfect position for a highly organized individual eager to learn about the property management business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
