Industrial Operations Specialist
Job Objective:
The Industrial Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects Industrial activity, including sales, operations, and administration.
A successful Industrial Operations Specialist is capable of coordinating with a dispersed team across multiple geographies and functions, including Sales, Operations and Finance, while embodying the values of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management.
Sales Operations Support
- Assist sales team with preparation of quotations
- Support compilation of Project Summary Reports at conclusion of field service projects
- Create and update opportunities in Salesforce, as needed
- Post documents against Salesforce opportunities, as required
- Manage flow of sales quotations to ensure receipt of all proper approvals
- Submit quotations to customers, as needed
- Assist with creation and maintenance of Work Orders in Salesforce Field Service
- Maintain operations personnel schedule in Salesforce Field Service
- Service as an administrator of Salesforce Field Service platform
- Provide training to field service personnel on use of Salesforce Field Service
- Create and update Youreka forms as needed
- Coordinate LubeServ site implementation activities for new accounts
- Assist Operations team with sourcing of project lodging to obtain discounts on longer term projects
- Serve as administrator for Concur platform, to include assisting users with access issues, new user setup, expense questions and training
- Support RRS leadership team as needed
- Professionally represent the company at all times ensuring quality customer service
- Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
- Maintain communication with management with regards to problems and opportunities in the business
- Work overtime as needed
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Minimum education required— high school diploma or related & relevant work experience.
- Interpersonal skills. Aboveaverage verbal/written communication skills.
- Must have a high degree of patience to address issues as they arise relating to customers and internal stakeholders
- Computer skills, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Capable of analyzing issues and developing solutions
- Ability to be creative and innovative
- Judgment and decisionmaking ability
- Listening skills
- Organization and time management skills

- Lifting small, weighed objects constantly; 20pound objects frequently and 2550pound objects occasionally
- Climbing ladders, stairs, and ramps
- Balancing, pushing, and pulling.
- Crouching, kneeling, reaching, and grasping objects.
- Walking: move about inside the office and/or branch facilities as well as airport/travel needs
- Sit/Stand: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 percent of the time.
- Capable of traveling as required.
