    The RBS Leader will be joining the Micro-Motion team in West Chester, PA. Micro-Motion is part of Regal Rexnord.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.
    Drive ever-improving results by leveraging RBS tools, consulting skills, and change management processAssist site/company leadership in the development of a Continuous Improvement roadmapFacilitate the monthly Site Operations Review and ensure a rigorous Problem-Solving Process is utilized to address Key Performance Indicators that miss monthly targetsOrganize and facilitate workshops and Kaizen eventsEnsure sustainment for all Kaizens & WorkshopsDirectly provide formal and informal RBS training and coachingAssist in achieving Division Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectivesContinue to evolve RBS toolsIdentify Wastes throughout the business and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate themImprove RBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in RBS toolsPromote and facilitate associate development in various RBS tools, lean production, and Kaizen leadershipEvaluate and approve candidates for the RBS Tool Champion CertificationBenchmark and incorporate best practices


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


    Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent10+ years experience in Engineering or Operations10+ years experience in Continuous Improvement with multi-site or multi-region experienceTechnical training in Lean/Six SigmaExperience/training in program/project managementTechnical knowledge of Product and Manufacturing processesUnderstanding and usage of change management methodologiesSuccess in managing through influence, persuasion, coaching, and counselingAbility to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a Leadership perspectiveMastery of a variety of process improvement tools like 5S, VSM, Problem-Solving, etc.

    Hands-on experience implementing Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts or equivalentStrong written, verbal and computer skillsExcellent communications and instruction skills
