Office Manager to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Offering a competitive salary range of $50,000-$70,000, we seek a leader who can provide direction and manage day-to-day operations across multiple offices with efficiency and expertise.

A Day In the Life Of:
As our
Dental Office Manager, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the practice.

Manage Business Operations:
- Create staff schedules.
- Coordinate daytoday execution of tasks.
- Develop efficient systems for smooth office functioning.
Oversee Staff Performance:
- Ensure the daily workflow runs efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance and address any issues
Software Proficiency:
- Experience with
Ortho Trac and/or
Cloud 9 software is advantageous
Insurance and Billing:
- Manage insurance plans.
- Handle billing processes
Doctor Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain doctor schedules
Patient Education and Consultation:
- Educate patients on treatment plans.
- Discuss financial options with patients
Orthodontic Knowledge:
- Familiarity with orthodontic terminology and procedures
Accounts Receivable Management:
- Handle accounts receivable processes.
