    Notre objectif : permettre la prévention, le dépistage et l'accompagnement d'un certain nombre de maladies chroniques via des produits et des services innovants, afin de révolutionner la manière dont on prend soin de notre santé.
    Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, sous la responsabilité du Chief People Officer, vous participez aux missions People et avez également un rôle de conseil auprès des salariés et des managers :
    Vos principales missions consisteront à :
    Etre le point de contact privilégié des salariés depuis leur onboarding (admin, parcours d'intégration, visite médicale...) jusqu'à leur offboarding en passant par la gestion du quotidien, les campagnes d'évaluation...
    Gérer efficacement nos procédures administratives et s'assurer de la bonne tenue à jour de notre SIRH
    Récolter mensuellement nos éléments variables de paye, les transmettre à notre prestataire pour prise en compte puis assurer le contrôle des payes avant mise en paiement.
    Participer à divers projets RH transverses sur des domaines variés tels que le talent development, la gestion de la rémunération, l'engagement des salariés et la fidélisation.
    Garantir de l'efficacité de notre SIRH (paramétrages, suivi des nouvelles fonctionnalités, requêtes spécifiques, optimisation de l'existant et formalisation des procédures associées)
    Analyser les données existantes pour fournir des insights stratégiques visant à l'amélioration/l'optimisation de nos pratiques.
    De formation supérieure bac+5 type Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent, vous possédez une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines et avez une première expérience réussie dans la fonction RH (stage ou alternance compris)
    Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes orienté(e) clients, solutions et résultats
    Rigueur, aisance relationnelle et sens de la confidentialité seront des qualités essentielles pour mener à bien ces missions
    Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du Pack Office ou de la suite Google et parlez français et anglais couramment.
