Training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) - specialization in system and high-voltage technology for 2025

Your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems or equipment of vehicles with electric or hybrid drive as well as combustion engines
  • Testing and analyzing drive units (including engine management systems), damping, level control, and driver assistance systems using electronic or computer-aided measuring and diagnostic devices (e.g. high-voltage measuring devices)
  • Comparing measured values with target values, changing adjustment values, or troubleshooting other causes of malfunctions
  • Replacing worn parts and defective components, repairing high-voltage components, repairing drive components, and information or communication systems
  • Changing lubricants, brake and hydraulic fluids
  • Installing additional equipment such as navigation devices or similar

You should bring the following:

  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Good grades in mathematics and physics / technology
  • Varied technical interest
  • Concentration and endurance
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Perseverance and sense of responsibility
  • Passing an aptitude test
