Your tasks:

Development of premium tires for original equipment (summer, winter, and all-season tires) according to specifications in all necessary dimensions, while meeting given deadlines and cost targets
Preparation and execution of simulations according to customer requirements
Establishment and implementation of general development guidelines in tire specifications
Evaluation of tire sections in accordance with corporate guidelines, with the goal of original equipment homologation
Creation of design drawings
Determination of testing scope and evaluation of test results in coordination/collaboration with technical account management and testing department
Participation in corporate projects to improve product performance

You have completed a technical degree and have some experience in creating simulation models and in the field of development and project management.
You have good product and process knowledge.
You are familiar with tire technology.
You also have knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics, with knowledge of NVH being advantageous.
You are driven and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
You have excellent planning and organizational skills.
You have some experience in programming with Visual Basic.
You have good English skills, with knowledge of Italian being
