- Maintain and organize departmental information electronically.
- Act as a liaison between departments, focusing on quality control.
- Understand and support processes affecting quality, including data interfaces and compliance.
- Streamline quality control data recording and reporting, ensuring efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer support to all teams.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system-wide issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Produce accurate KPI reports for management daily or as required.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting systems.
- Stay updated on the current quality plan and propose changes when needed.
- Administer and comply with Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 0-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in process/vehicle evaluation and/or vehicle part quality testing is a plus.
- Auditing experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL.
