    What You'll Be Doing

    Our BI team is looking for a Senior BI Analyst specializing in Sustainability. In this role, you'll be part of a group of BI professionals focused on delivering a variety of BI solutions to strategic clients. Your main responsibility will be to develop effective analytical products and convert transactional data into valuable business insights. The ultimate goal is to enable data-driven decision-making within the organization based on meaningful analytics with measurable ROI and enhanced client outcomes.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to create data models and dashboards
    • Developing data visualizations and reports using Power BI
    • Designing efficient data structures and optimizing between Dax and/or M for the best balance of client needs and solution speed
    • Collaborating with the team for independent dashboard development and utilizing shared data models
    • Providing training to other BI professionals on your designs and solutions
    • Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and enhancements
    • Creating and maintaining documentation for Power BI solutions
    • Understanding and translating business needs
    • Building Business Intelligence products in collaboration with the business utilizing tools like Power Automate and Power BI, along with establishing clear specifications and timelines
    • Optimizing reporting portfolio to enhance performance and reduce fixes
    • Prototyping and iterating designs
    • Implementing best practices proactively across client reporting, including process documentation
    • Translating complex requirements into effective business solutions, fostering continuous communication with client representatives
    • Following iterative design processes, providing consistent feedback to the business
    • Actively participating in internal and external BI communities for ongoing personal growth and knowledge sharing
    • Analyzing and effectively communicating the insights behind the data

    What We're Looking For in an Ideal Candidate

    Desired experience and technical skills

    • Technically Proficient: A Power BI expert with 2-5 years of experience leading BI projects, advanced skills with Power Suite, Power Automate, Power Query, data management expertise, and strong Excel proficiency
    • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders, and build collaborative relationships
    • Process Improvement Minded: Committed to continuous improvement through data management, adept at troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis, open to experimenting with new techniques
    • Secure and Detail Oriented: Handles sensitive information discreetly, ensures high-quality deliverables, pays attention to detail
    • Driven: Demonstrates a willingness to learn new tools and techniques, open to embracing new technologies

    Preferred

    • Experience in sustainability, operations, real estate, project management, or finance is a plus
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial
    • Estimated compensation for this role:

      90,300.00 – 101,588.00 USD per year
