- Creates policies and procedures for IOP/PHP protocol and the DHCS standards and
- Provides general oversight of all activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and
- Assures program quality and organizational stability through development and
- Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff and
- Assures process for selecting, development, motivating, and evaluating staff.
- Recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriate salary
- Specifies accountabilities for management personnel and evaluates performance
- Serves as the Performance Improvement Officer, Safety Officer, and Infection Prevention
- Coordinate with other disciplines to provide highest level of care
- Attends treatment team and staff meetings
- Provides staff supervision and training
- Oversees clinical program
- Oversees quality of treatment and documentation
- Monitors budget
