- Active RN license in good standing in California
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in skilled nursing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing clinical programs
- Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
