What will you do? As the HR Generalist/Recruiter, you will oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, staffing, and benefits administration.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, facilitating, and implementing recruitment processes.
Collaborating with department managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Implementing efficient recruiting methods and strategies.
Managing job postings and advertisements.
Screening applications and scheduling interviews.
Assisting with the interview process and offer negotiations.
Ensuring compliance with training, certifications, and legal requirements.
Administering HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
Handling employment-related inquiries and disciplinary matters.
Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What experience will you need? We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
Experience with HRIS systems and multi-state benefits administration.
Ability to relocate to Torrance, CA.

Job Type:
