    What you'll need to win

    We are looking for a leader. Someone who can react fast and take charge when disaster strikes. A person who's passionate about bringing calm to chaotic situations and driving reconstruction efforts for commercial and high-rise residential properties across the city.

    A typical day may include

    • Make the impossible, possible
    • Ensure the quality of the projects
    • Allow companies to stay in business during the rebuild
    • The majority of work is at night and over weekends
    • Visit projects, establish schedules and budgets, gather material specs, schedule crews, keep up to date progress reports

    Educational Requirements for Construction Superintendent

    • A four-year degree is preferred, but not required.

    Nice-to-have

    • Experience with Xactimate would help, but it's not a deal-breaker.
    • Knowledge of construction in commercial real estate.

    Success will look like

    Your success is measured by customer engagement scores, peer-reviews, job site safety, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain budgets and accurate documentation.

    Growth opportunities include roles such as assistant project manager and project manager. EPIC fosters a learning environment and provides training to fuel growth, but the initiative belongs to you.
