    ROLE SUMMARY
    This role involves promoting company products, fostering customer relationships, and meeting sales goals. Non-traditional work hours may be required to meet customer needs effectively.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop new business and maintain existing accounts to achieve sales growth
    • Research customer needs and recommend suitable products
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitors' offerings
    • Provide product information and training to customers
    • Manage deliveries and resolve any related issues
    • Participate in company functions and sales meetings
    • Assist in training new employees
    • Analyze sales data and prepare reports
    • Perform administrative duties as needed


    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Education/Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bi-Lingual proficiency
    • Experience in Restaurant Management, Outside Sales, or Chef roles

    Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

    • Valid driver's license and auto insurance


    Requirement

    • Pass pre-employment testing
    • Sign Sysco Protective Covenants Agreement
    • Reside near the assigned territory
