The field sales team is the heart of our company.

Our field sales representatives are in direct contact with customers every day, from construction workers to carpenters, and are closely connected to our partners in the trade and industry.

As problem solvers, facilitators, and coordinators, they give their best to ensure that everything is covered, well thought out, and securely installed.

For our Wood & Construction sales division, we are constantly looking for dedicated individuals with backbone.

Currently, we are seeking a
Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Wood & Construction for the sales area of
Greater Ulm, Neu-Ulm.


Your responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to and independently achieve sales goals
  • Maintain personal contact with customers in the wood construction, window construction, carpentry, roofing, painting, stucco, drywall, joinery, carpentry, and civil engineering industries
  • Provide crossproduct and solutionoriented support and advice to existing customers
  • Acquire new customers, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with all internal departments in a customer and teamoriented manner

  • Ideally, sales and product expertise
  • Selfinitiative, determination, and commitment
  • Ability to speak the language of the customer and empathize with them
  • With openness, friendliness, and people skills, you can win over new customers
