    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    include the following. Other functions may be assigned.
    Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends.
    Communicate with management team regularly.
    Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
    Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
    Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success.
    Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
    Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
    Collaborate with team members and members of other departments.
    Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
    Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
    Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
    Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
    Analyze sales and operations data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
    Prepare reports and presentations for executive management.
    Utilize Power BI and other tools to extract and transform data into meaningful insights.
    Create and manage dashboards/reports using various tools such as CRM.
    Attends and participates in sales strategy meetings.
    Leads informational sessions for staff to explain sales trends and new marketing strategies.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Demonstrates proficiency in the use of sales forecasting software.
    Possesses knowledge of the industry or market in which he or she is conducting analyses.
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    Speaks confidently and articulately in front of a group.
    Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively.
    Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
    Communicates clearly and effectively.
    Manages time efficiently.
    Works well with a team.
    Capable of conducting independent research.
    Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science.
    3+ years in an analytical or operations role.
    SQL, SSRS or Power BI knowledge

    Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
    Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
    One who thrives in a faced paced environment.
    Experience in sales analysis a plus.
    Strong research and data analysis skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software.
