As a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
As a member of our team, you'll bring your consulting, analytical, and expertise to work on projects for the US Navy.
You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to service and joint missions.

- 10+ years of experience in building and sustaining international or domestic partner relationships
- 10+ years of experience in research and analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
- Experience with DoD strategic efforts in support of security cooperation objectives
- Experience at a Service Headquarters and working with senior government officials
- Knowledge of briefing papers and command briefs
- Knowledge of Security Assistance (SA) or Security Cooperation (SC) programs
- Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process from case development, implementation, execution and closure in accordance with the Security Assistance Management Manual
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in program analysis and evaluation, project planning and control, or in a security assistance or security cooperation field in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working across Defense and interagency partners to inform and support policy analysis decisions
- Experience working in a major headquarters staff level
- Experience with weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management
- Knowledge of DoD Special Access Program (SAP) policies and procedures including FMS
- Master's degree
