    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Supervise staffing, from hiring to performance management.
    • Manage budget, billing, and inventory for optimal efficiency.
    • Direct daily operations, program development, and patient issue resolution.
    • Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
    • Collaborate with management on strategic planning and improvement initiatives.

    Salary:

    • Starting salary of $67,184 and increases based on work history/experience

    Job Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in Radiology/Medical Imaging from an accredited institution required; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
    • At least 3 years of experience in radiology or medical imaging required, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
    • Certification by the appropriate Radiology/Medical Imaging body such as ARRT or ARDMS.
    • Certification in the specific area of responsibility (e.g., CT, MRI, Mammography, etc.) is required
