    $115,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.

    Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

    Eligible for an
    Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

    Eligible for an
    Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

    These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

    We seek a dynamic web marketing manager to lead our digital presence, drive performance for our website, and ensure high visibility and effectiveness in search engine results.

    You will craft and execute strategies and coordinate projects and resources to enhance our website's search engine visibility, user experience, and overall performance.

    Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement best practices, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

    Your proficiency in driving digital innovation and adept project management and cross-functional coordination skills will be pivotal in amplifying our brand's presence and impact online.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy to attract, convince, and convert.

    Create mobile-first, user-friendly, and objective-driven web strategies and plans that position our website as a competitive acquisition channel through usability and SEO best practices.

    Audit your website regularly, looking for chances to optimize on-page and off-page SEO.

    Collaborate with internal Product, Strategy, Brand, and Design teams to craft high-quality, keyword-optimized content aligning with channel objectives and user intent.

    Devise and coordinate the creation of custom landing pages for paid marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with channel-specific strategies to optimize conversion rates and enhance campaign effectiveness.

    Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and user engagement, to track progress and identify optimization areas.
    Drive the optimization of website content, metadata, and structure to improve search engine crawlability and indexing.
    Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to enhance app visibility and downloads on relevant app stores.

    Manage projects across cross-functional internal and external teams, such as marketing strategy, content and design, web development, MarTech, and analytics teams, to ensure seamless operation and continual website enhancement.

    Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications to meet project goals and deadlines.


    Preferred Experience:
    5-10 years of experience.
    An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward action.
    5+ years of proven experience in website strategy development and implementation. Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus.
    In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and analytics tools.
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive informed decision-making and optimization strategies.
    Proven project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align stakeholders across departments.
    Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
    Prior experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing specialists is a plus.
