Job DescriptionOur transactional team is growing Klinedinst is seeking a Transactional Associate to play a critical role in negotiating and advising clients on contracts for corporate clients. As part of Klinedinst's General Counsel, Transactional, and M&A group, the Transactional Associate will serve a vital role in representing clients in a wide range of transactional legal matters, from licensing agreements to representing clients in fund raising activities and a wide array of contract negotiations.
Candidates for the Transactional Associate should have at least two years of experience and a strong interest in gaining corporate, M&A and general transactional experience. Candidates should also be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. Experience in this subject not as important as a strong hunger to learn more and go above and beyond for our clients. Familiarity with working with SaaS and software companies is a plus, but not required, and remote working arrangements may be available.
