- We are currently looking for proactive Property & Casualty (P&C) active producer/agents with an ACTIVE P&C producer license for upcoming insurance customer service roles in 2024.
- New training sessions start monthly, and we highly encourage military veterans and spouses to apply.
- Work schedules may include weekends.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and member requests, providing customer service and sales support.
- Utilize your knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with various services, from quotes to policy changes.
- Understand member needs and offer solutions for insurance products while maintaining a high level of service and minimizing escalations.
- Navigate multiple systems in a contact center environment to engage with members across various channels.
- Maintain proper licensing and adhere to risk and compliance policies.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with multiple business applications.
- Current active personal lines or property and casualty license.
- Military experience or affiliation.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced contact center.

About the Role and Company:
Join us as a Licensed Insurance Representative at USAA, where we are dedicated to investing in your future. Our comprehensive six-month training program offers hands-on experience, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance to equip you with the necessary skills to support our membership independently. We value your development and provide opportunities for you to work from home two days a week after six months of in-office training. Additionally, for new hires joining between March and June 2024, we offer a $2,000 signing bonus.
