My journey includes 7 years in leadership roles where I've refined my skills in team management, project oversight, and operational efficiency. I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, where I've mastered a wide range of skills including drywall installation, painting, tile work, flooring, and custom cabinetry and door installation. During this time, I've successfully owned and operated my own business specializing in remodeling both commercial establishments and residential homes. Additionally, I've spent significant time in the food and beverage industry, where I transitioned into a managerial role, overseeing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. My diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of project management, customer service excellence, and business ownership, making me adept at navigating challenges and delivering high-quality results."
