Job DescriptionAt Business Insights we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our overall business strategy by leading strategic programs and collaborating with other program and project managers. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful execution across the organization.
Your Role:
· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into actionable strategic programs and initiatives.
· Program Development: Lead the development of strategic programs, including defining objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
· Team Guidance: Work closely with other program and project managers, ensuring execution of strategic programs.
· Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic programs.
· Resource Management: Manage resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and other necessary resources, to ensure successful execution of strategic programs.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of strategic programs.
· Execution and Monitoring: Drive the execution of strategic programs, monitor progress, and proactively address issues or roadblocks to keep programs on track.
· Communication and Reporting: Communicate program status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership through regular reports, presentations, and meetings.
· Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess program performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic programs.
· Knowledge Management: Capture lessons learned and best practices from strategic program execution to inform future initiatives and improve organizational capabilities.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
· 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading strategic programs
Expectation: All Insights team members are expected to travel at least 1 time per year for annual team meetings.
Preferred Requirements
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Additional InformationDOE, annual salary is $109,000 - $130,000 plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
