Description
We are currently seeking telephone operators for our publishing partners in Berlin. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining the database
  • Responding to incoming emails
  • Taking orders and creating quotes
  • Handling incoming calls, documenting and forwarding them
  • Assisting with product searches
  • Managing customer inquiries (via phone)
  • Troubleshooting
  • Handling customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Friendly and confident demeanor
  • No prior experience required
  • Quick learner
  • Enjoy talking on the phone
  • Proficient with computers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position type:
Full-time, part-time, permanent

Hours: 30 per week


Salary:
€ €15.00 per hour


Working hours:

  • 8hour shift
  • Morning shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Evening shift

Experience:
