Join our team as an HR Analyst, where you will oversee leave of absences and disability management programs.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between employees, management, and HR teams, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with regulations.
As an HR Analyst, you'll take charge of managing cases from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is in order and deadlines are met.
You'll be the go-to person for questions regarding FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
Your role will involve meticulous record-keeping, data analysis, and reporting to senior leadership.Additionally, you'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas for process improvements, contributing to our ongoing commitment to excellence in benefits administration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in public administration, human resources management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of three years' experience in leave of absence and disability management
Thorough understanding of state and federal laws pertaining to disability management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in database management and data analysis
Ability to build rapport across various levels of the organization.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
