    Description
    System Integration Product Owner
    As a **System Integration Product Owner**, you will collaborate with our **Enterprise Integration Product Leader** to develop the strategy and execution of integrating complex systems using the MuleSoft platform. In a dynamic environment that values innovation and continuous improvement, your ability to navigate ambiguity with a growth mindset will be crucial.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Product Ownership: Contribute to the development of the enterprise integration vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and customer requirements.
    • Integration Development: Supervise the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft, ensuring successful implementations with partners.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-value integration solutions.
    • Agile Leadership: Drive agile methodologies within the team, ensuring efficient execution of well-defined product backlogs.
    • Business Value Focus: Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into technical requirements that drive significant value.
    • Growth Mindset: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
    • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for seamless integration solutions.
    • Documentation and Training: Ensure comprehensive documentation and provide necessary training for users and teams.
    The position is remote, but candidates near our company locations are preferred.
    Qualifications:
    Experience
    Demonstrated success in system integrations.
    Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
    Proficient in agile methodologies and their effective implementation in cross-functional teams.
    Background in manufacturing is advantageous.
    Technical Skills
    Proficiency in MuleSoft, TIBCO, Boomi, and other integration platforms and technologies.
    Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and data mapping.
    Proficiency in Java and/or integration platform certifications is a plus.
    Soft Skills:
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
    Ability to navigate complex situations and find effective solutions.
    Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
    Mindset:
    Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
    Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to rapid changes.
