    Job Description

    Spectrum is looking for highly skilled individuals to support the development and management of Test Plans, Test Trials, Reports, and associated documentation. Responsibilities include creating test plans, analyzing data, developing tools and methods for data analysis, managing test data, generating products from test data to meet objectives, and contributing to written test reports.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Provide expertise in aircraft flight data analysis and software tool development.
    • Contribute to the creation and management of Test Plans, Test Trials, and Test Reports.
    • Participate in data analysis to develop analysis methodologies and products for test planning and reporting.
    • Engage in mission execution and data collection activities.

    Requirements

    Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in military aircraft systems, including flight controls, avionics, electrical subsystems, low observables systems, propulsion systems, aircrew interfaces, radar technology, mission planning, and adversary capabilities. Proficiency in coding (e.g., MATLAB, C variants, Python) or training in electronic warfare, electromagnetics, RCS reduction, and familiarity with Design of Experiments and statistical principles.

    Minimum Education Requirement:
    Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related technical field (operations research, computer science, statistics, etc.).

    Certifications:
    Graduation from USAF or USN Test Pilot School or possession of AFIT Test and Evaluation Certificate may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.

    Minimum Security Clearance:
    Current Secret clearance with eligibility for TS SCI and SAP access.
