    Job Description

    GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Using knowledge of company products, services, support and technology, oversees sales operations activities to achieve company goals. Maintains relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions. Works with Sales and Finance Departments to develop and administer the company's worldwide sales forecast. Responsible for organizing financial modeling and statistical studies for sales department.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Versatile in both Tableau and PowerBI with working knowledge of SQL and DAX. Ability to solution design and develop with minimal supervision

    Critical thinker

    Sales Ops experience

    Supervisory/developing management role, usually an experienced professional leading a small team of professional individual contributors. Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $103, $173,060.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
