Origis Services, LLC is a rapidly expanding Operations and Maintenance provider in the United States.

Our solar asset portfolio continues to increase at a near exponential rate, with a mixture of Owner developed and constructed sites and third-party sites contracted, or already under management.

Our goal is to provide a more inclusive service capability, driving out the large expenses that are normally passed through to the owner.


Position Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Onboarding Specialist to serve as part of the Business Development team.

Under the leadership of the Director of Business Development, this team is responsible for all business development and commercial operations activities for Origis Services, both for internal Origis Energy projects and external third-party customer projects.

The specific purpose of the Project Onboarding Specialist position is to manage the transfer of projects from sales to operations.

The role will work closely between business development and operations to ensure projects are setup for success.

The position periodically contributes to the development of SOPs, processes and procedures that align with best practice in project management.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Highlevel of communication skills a must
  • Ability to work with various team members within an organization
  • Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of project details to ensure successful onboarding from sales to operations
  • Define scope and schedule for project operations
  • Identify problems and recommend appropriate resolutions
  • Manage and communicate scope changes for operations
  • Address questions and concerns of project team, management and customers in professional and confident manner
  • Provide project progress status, delays and issues to customers in timely manner
  • Provide support and guidance to project team as and when needed
  • Bridge communications with the business development and operations

Key Selection Criteria

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 25 years relevant work experience
  • Strong administrative and document control skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and with the team
