is the largest welfare organization in the Koblenz region with approximately 500 employees, dedicated to providing a variety of social services and facilities for people.

At the Mittelweiden daycare center, we currently care for 100 children between the ages of two and thirteen.

Located in the Mittelweiden residential area, our facility has five groups and provides care for a total of 100 children between the ages of two and thirteen.

Our children have diverse and unique potentials and are looking forward to having their talents nurtured and being supported on their individual paths.

We are currently seeking a
Director of the Daycare Center (m/f/d) to start on November 1, 2024 or later, for an
unlimited full-time position.

Your responsibilities will include:

Pedagogical and organizational management of the facility
Personnel management and team development
Implementation and further development of the social pedagogical concept with all stakeholders
Execution of organizational and administrative tasks
Collaboration with parents, sponsors, and daycare center consultants
Ensuring quality standards in accordance with our valuebased quality management system
Constructive collaboration with funding agencies, external specialist services, counseling centers, and communityoriented networking.

We expect:

A degree or training as a staterecognized social pedagogue or educator with several years of professional experience, or equivalent qualifications
The ability to lead a team of over 20 employees
