We represent the brands Škoda, Opel, Peugeot, Citroen, Renault, Dacia, and Fiat in Wesel, Dinslaken, Geldern, Bedburg-Hau, and Kevelaer.


For our
SKODA & CITROEN
dealership in
Geldern, we are looking for a full-time
Service Assistant (m/f/d) to start immediately.


Your responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for our customers
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Order processing, such as accepting and preparing repair orders
  • Vehicle return and invoice explanation
  • Coordination of workshop appointments
  • General organization and administrative tasks
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensuring smooth operations within the service team

What you should bring:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Friendly and open personality
  • Enjoy daily contact with a variety of people
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and organized way of working
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Class B driver's license
