Job summary
The Manager, Workday HRIS leads the day-to-day execution, support, and delivery of Stoneridge's HR technology platforms.
The role serves as the operational partner for HRIS delivery—ensuring consistent execution, coordination,
and continuity across the HR technology ecosystem.
- Lead production support operations for Workday HCM and other HR systems—owning incident/defect management
and root-cause remediation to ensure stability, - timely resolution,
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles,
standardizing processes and applying change-management
and adoption practices to prepare stakeholders for new Workday enhancements,
