Commercial Clerk / Customer Service Admin (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Job Description - Versatile and independent - Your responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for customers, colleagues, and headquarters
  • Ongoing maintenance of order data by recording new contracts, extensions, jobs, cancellations, reductions, and price adjustments
  • Customer data management
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, cancellations, and credit notes
  • Timely and accurate reporting
  • Preparation of sales commission settlements
  • Handling internal and external correspondence
  • Fleet management (liaison with Fleet Management, e.g. accident reports, fuel card requests, etc.)
