We are looking for a full-time Youth Coordinator (m/f/d) for the German Weightlifting Youth with additional development opportunities in the overall work of the German Weightlifting Federation.


The German Weightlifting Federation (BVDG) is the umbrella organization of 16 state associations, consisting of approximately 210 clubs with a total of about 20,000 members.

The BVDG has its headquarters at the National Training Center in Leimen.

Communication skills, teamwork and conflict management, organizational and coordination skills, as well as empathy and understanding are relevant qualities that will facilitate your development in this position.


We are looking for you to join our team as part of the youth and federation organization to provide active support as soon as possible.


What tasks can you expect from us?


Development, organization and implementation of youth and sports activities in line with the derived priorities of youth work from the SGB VIII and the Children and Youth Plan (KJP) of the German Sports Youth (DSJ).

Preparation of billing documents and subsidy applications in accordance with the KJP.


Accompaniment and processing of child and youth-specific topics and issues using DGJ communication channels, as well as maintenance of networking structures and cooperations.

Consulting and support cooperation with state associations and clubs.

Planning, preparation and follow-up of appointments and committee meetings.
