- Develops and implements hospital plans for providing nursing care, treatment, and clinical services to those patients requiring care treatment and services.
- Participates with the management, medical staff and clinical leaders in the facility's decision-making structures and processes.
- Implements an effective, ongoing program to measure, assess and improve the quality of nursing care, treatment and services delivered to patients.
- Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)-(AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.4. Minimum of 5 years Acute Care experience.5. Minimum of 2 years previous Administrative experience preferred.6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required for all new hires after 1/11/2021.

Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing (DON) organizes and administers areas of clinical and patient care services to attain facility's objectives established by hospital administration.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms ofcompensation, is $109,428.80 to $147,284.80 on an annualized basis.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
