Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all nursing staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain QAPI, Infection Control, and EOC programs.
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure they are properly executed
- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Implement training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care delivery
- Ensure adherence to Medicare guidelines and other insurance requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
- Proficient in medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and hospice care practices
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
Pay:
$ $63.00 per hour
