What you will make possible:

  • Providing Linux support for our clients
  • Monitoring several hundred customer instances in our private cloud
  • Handling technical escalations
  • Provisioning Linux VMs on host systems: XEN servers
  • Rollout management with Puppet and Foreman
  • Consistent documentation of problem solutions in our knowledge database
  • Customized planning and implementation of our software solutions
  • Remote support for operating customer-owned servers

What you bring:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist, IT system electronics technician, or comparable qualification
