What to expect:

  • Develop the logistics strategy based on the company and plant strategy, with a focus on growth and efficiency
  • Create an innovation roadmap for logistics, with a focus on utilizing technology and automation to add value, and implement it
  • Ensure compliance with agreed processes and quality standards in the logistics department
  • Responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation, and development of the logistics team
  • Plan and implement an efficient inbound and outbound flow for the strategic product portfolio, based on input from product management
  • Optimize the KPI system for the entire supply chain process (warehouse, transport, WIP, production capacity, shipping) and use it to manage logistics operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Further develop the system
