    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a Digital Design Manager to oversee our design team, shaping the overall look and feel of our content and marketing materials to engage with our C-Suite audience. The ideal candidate should have a mix of leadership skills and hands-on design expertise, with a strong focus on managing teams and digital design for web development, marketing, and editorial campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor in-house designers and external contractors when needed.
    • Manage and execute digital design projects in collaboration with the Managing Editor and other team leaders, ensuring timely delivery of results.
    • Create and manage websites and webpages with a team using tools like Figma and working closely with developers.
    • Enhance the organization's design strategy and effectively communicate it to company stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on the latest design trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging technologies.
    • Develop top-notch digital designs for content and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engage with key C-Suite audiences.
    • Design visually appealing, user-friendly websites and landing pages optimized for conversions.
    • Create attractive digital ad creatives that align with brand objectives.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to improve design elements.
    • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align design elements with campaign objectives.
    • Work with the Chief Marketing Officer, Managing Editor, and creative team to establish consistent visual language across all marketing materials.

    Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in digital design, including UX/UI.
    • Prior experience leading design teams in news, media, and B2B consulting fields is preferred.
    • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
    • Understanding of UX principles for creating user-friendly landing pages.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including lead generation, PPC advertising, and social media marketing.
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and A/B testing for optimization purposes.
    • Creative mindset for designing innovative ad creatives and landing pages.
    • Adaptability to evolving design trends and campaign requirements in the fast-paced digital realm.
