- Manage relationships with candidates, contractors, and clients, particularly addressing queries and issues during placements
- Assist in the candidate onboarding process, supporting with paperwork completion, timesheet processing, and other assignment details
- Act as a crucial link between sales and support departments, such as finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and IT, focusing on candidate and client care
- Ensure meticulous use of our CRM system and reconcile data with third-party sources when necessary
- Handle contractor compliance documents and invoicing and payroll concerns
- Reconcile invoices within internal systems and maintain correct storage of client and candidate documentation
- Engage in ad hoc project work as needed

Based in-office in one of our two office locations (New York or San Diego) or remote.
Hamlyn Williams is looking for a highly organized Client Operations Executive to join the team in the USA. This opportunity offers a 6-month contract with the potential to transition to full-time.
We are in search of an exceptional individual to be the foundation that keeps our sales operation running smoothly. As the Client Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in resolving queries and issues related to sales support activities, including billing, invoicing, and other essential tasks associated with placements. Your main responsibility will be to offer administrative support to our busy sales teams, ensuring exceptional care for candidates and clients throughout the process.
We ideally seek a candidate with experience in customer-facing roles and administration within the recruitment sector. However, we are also open to considering applicants with experience in similar positions that involve managing various tasks concurrently.
