The Operational Metering Operations unit is responsible for all metering services and customer service activities carried out on-site (installations, troubleshooting, disconnections, research, meter readings, etc.).

The organizational unit is the personal face to the end customer and operates in the tension between legal requirements, occupational safety, and customer satisfaction.
