What to expect

- Independent handling and processing of customer inquiries
- Customer support (first-level and second-level) for a standard real estate valuation software (web application, web services) via phone, email, service desk, and ticket system
- Accompanying problem-solving with customers
- Consulting our customers on specific questions related to working with our valuation software
What you bring
- You are proficient in using Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, and standard business software (ticket systems)
- You have experience with web applications and web services
- You have good to excellent communication skills - you are known for your team-oriented and responsible work style
- You can handle stress and adapt to sudden changes in situations
- You have a good understanding of technical processes
