  • You are proficient in using Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, and standard business software (ticket systems)
  • You have experience with web applications and web services
  • You have good to excellent communication skills - you are known for your team-oriented and responsible work style
  • You can handle stress and adapt to sudden changes in situations
  • You have a good understanding of technical processes
