    Below are the skills set and support needed for this position:

    1. Basic understanding of Navy ships, logistics and engineering
    2. Damage control and Personnel Protection equipment and systems
    3. On-site support for NSIRC and the manage the DC/PPE library
    4. Develop and collect meeting notes and after action reports
    5. Secret and Confidential product work projects
    6. SIPR, NNPI and NMCI files and data management and research
    7. Scanning for NNPI, NMCI, SIPR documents
    8. TEAMS support
    9. Flank speed maintenance and products. NSIRC Dispatcher and NSIR DCC
    10. Microsoft product usage (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    11. Developing and ship class Gen Fam Notebook presentations
    12. Collecting and editing Eng system screen displays for ship classes
    13. IT software updates
    14. IT hardware trouble shooting and repair in the NSIRC
    15. Sharefolder maintenance
    16. One Drive – file knowledge management assistance
    17. My Navy Portal content development and posting
    18. Other duties as assigned
