Program Management Analyst II – Special Operations Forces Support

Summary/objective:

KMS Solutions is looking for an analyst to provide acquisition support to the Undersea Special Mission Systems program office (PMS 390) in Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC. The mission of PMS 390 includes AUWS, SRS-RCS, and SRS-SDS. The role involves coordinating R&D initiatives, acquisition, test and evaluation, in-service support, and recommending certification of DDS and SOF HOSUB Systems. This position specifically supports the Special Operations Forces (SOF) branch.

Placement level and salary depend on experience and education.

Essential functions:

• Program management support for SOF program focusing on DDS and HOSUBs.
• Serve as a primary contact for SOF HOSUB Project reviews, including presentation development and coordination with stakeholders.
• Data collection, analysis, and administrative functions related to DDS and HOSUB support.
• Track and distribute technical data packages for DDS and HOSUB.
• Create programmatic briefs for stakeholders.
• Develop program office metrics and reports.
• Collect and deliver Program Office monthly reports.
• Support PMS390 clients in ADHOC meetings.

Required education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-8 years' experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred education and experience:

• Experience in report development and metrics
• Project leadership and meeting facilitation skills

Work authorization/security clearance requirements:

Secret Clearance

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Typical workday is eight hours with some flexibility. Employee must be available during core work hours.

Telework:

This role is 60% on-site and 40% telework.

Travel:

Up to 15% travel may be required.
