YOUR TASKS:

Creation of design and execution plans for commercial construction projects (production/logistics/office)
Use of BIM-capable software solutions
Preparation of performance specifications and participation in subcontractor procurement
Technical customer consultation to support sales
Conceptualization and calculation of technical equipment
Development of alternatives, technical innovations, and systematic solutions
Monitoring and management of external engineering offices
Technical support for project and construction management

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed relevant degree or alternatively, completed training as a master or technician in electrical engineering (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience, particularly in planning and/or construction of technical building equipment,
