    We're seeking an individual with a proven track record in lead generation and business development. The ideal candidate will research, plan, and execute initiatives to target new markets. This role involves both selling and recruiting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
    • Pursuing leads and guiding them through the sales cycle.
    • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
    • Utilizing available resources to enhance outreach and messaging.

    Additionally, we require demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing to hiring. The successful candidate will engage in prospecting, qualifying leads, and collaborating with department managers to identify future hiring needs. They will attract candidates through various channels, including social media and referrals.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Designing and implementing recruiting strategies.
    • Developing and updating job descriptions.
    • Conducting job and task analysis to define requirements.
    • Sourcing candidates through databases and social media.
    • Screening resumes and applications.
    • Conducting interviews using various methods.
    • Onboarding new employees.
    • Providing recruiting reports and fostering candidate relationships.

    Skills required:

    • Proficiency in various interview types and selection processes.
    • Experience with recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Sound decision-making abilities.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter and in new business development.
    • Clean background and drug-free workplace.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
    • Proven selling techniques and ability to research and qualify prospects.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $51, $71,000.00 per year
