    Description


    We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing relationships within your assigned territory, connecting with key decision-makers. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

    Position Overview:
    • Cultivate knowledge of brands, products and services provided throughout training
    • Participate in team meetings, team building events, and offer your feedback
    • Interact directly with customers while clearly communicating the value of products
    • Establish relationships that reveal customer preferences and appeal products to them
    • Manage geographic territories to maximize profit and increase brand awareness
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of six months customer service, marketing or related experience
    • Ability to effectively present information to customer, clients and other employees
    • Possess basic mathematical skills
    • Possess basic computer and computer software skills
    • Ability to apply good judgment in dealing with problem-solving and carrying out directives
    • Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills
    • Ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
