    Description

    Relied on by the world's most rugged industries, we serve motorcycle riders, kayak fishermen, police, farmers, pilots, extreme sports enthusiasts, and others with mounting solutions for high vibration environments.

    We manufacture mounts for action cameras, tablets, phones, and other displays across nearly every mobile market. Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in production areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning agents.
    Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
    Clean and sanitize restroom facilities to uphold hygiene standards.

    Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, equipment, counters, doorknobs, windows, and light switches to remove dirt, debris, and fingerprints.

    Maintain restroom and breakroom supplies stock.
    Wash windows to keep them clean and streak-free.
    Use commercial vacuums, window washing tools, and carpet cleaners effectively and safely.

    Ensure common areas including, but not limited to kitchens, breakrooms, and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable, for employees and visitors.

    Collaborate with maintenance and facilities team members to address cleaning and maintenance needs effectively.
    Knowledge and handling of standard cleaning equipment, methods, chemicals, and hazards.
    Ability to use a smart phone to manage job tasks.
    Effective communication skills – clearly read, write, and comprehend English.
    Work independently with minimal supervision.


    Tools and Equipment:
    Company provides all necessary tools and equipment.
    Wheeled equipment such as custodian cart, floor scrubber, industrial vacuum, etc


    Hourly or Salary Range:
    20.Employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
    33 hours of PTO (up to 3 weeks with tenure) with seven paid holidays

    Position Status:
    Full Time

    NPI maintains a drug free workplace policy and conducts pre-employment testing in compliance with Washington SB 5123.
