- Work collaboratively with a team of producers, customer service personnel, underwriters, and management.
- Oversee existing commercial accounts; evaluate, market, and place groups of renewals monthly.
- Partner with underwriters to place small accounts not meeting binding authority guidelines.
- Assist producers with the evaluation, marketing, and placement of brokerage accounts.
- Review and prepare submissions, quote comparisons, forms, and coverage reviews on behalf of producers.
- Assess policy submissions (new and renewal), identify coverage gaps, and recommend additional protections.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer contacts, inquiry responses, and account management communications.
- Manage large volumes of account support items regularly.
- Maintain renewal retention.
- Meet DeCotis' Service Standards and turnaround time frames.
- Cross-market accounts for new lines of business.
- Develop strong agency relationships.
